Resort Policies

Check-In:  
Weekly reservations begin and end on Saturday during the summer season. Check-in time is after 4:00 p.m. Please schedule your arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 9:00 a.m. Holiday weekend check-in is 1:00 p.m. check-out is 11:00 a.m.

Additional Persons:  
To ensure a peaceful vacation for everyone, we reserve the right to limit the number of guests over capacity. There will be a charge of $10 per day, $25 per night and $175 per week per person over the cabin limit.

 

Deposit:  
A $500 deposit per cabin per week is required to confirm all reservations. You are responsible for the entire length of your confirmed reservation. Deposits are refundable up to 90-days prior to reservation date, less a $150 cancellation fee.
Checks preferred for deposits.

Weekly/Daily Rental:
Our cabins are available on a weekly (Saturday to Saturday) basis from May 25th until August 30th with the exception of cabins 7,8 and 9 which are available daily (2-night minimum) throughout the summer season. All cabins require a 3-night stay for Memorial and Labor Day weekends. During the fall season all cabins require a 2-night stay.

 

No Smoking:
Smoking is not allowed inside the cabins. Smoking is permitted on porches with doors and windows closed and outside on the grounds.

 

Quiet Hours:  
Out of respect for all vacationers, quiet hours are in effect outside on the grounds and docks beginning a 10:30 p.m. Quiet hours for the entire resort, including the cabins, are from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

 

Parking:  
Why isn’t there parking at every cabin?  We limit parking to cabins where the car can be out of the way allowing for better views of the lake and creating a safer environment for playing children. Don’t worry, you can pull within feet of all cabins to load and unload your belongings.

 

Not Allowed at Eagles Nest Resort:

• No Pets – No Exceptions

• ATVs, Jet Skis and similar forms of personal watercraft are prohibited.

• No Camping – Tents, Campers & RV’s are not permitted.
